The anime "Lv2 kara Cheat datta" announces its premiere date with a new trailer

The anime adaptation of the light novels penned by Miya Kinojou and illustrated by Katagiri, titled "Chillin’ in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers" (Lv2 kara Cheat datta Motoyuusha Kouho no Mattari Isekai Life), has recently released an enticing promotional video. This video not only solidifies the premiere date for the upcoming month of April in Japan but also reveals that DIALOGUE+ will be responsible for crafting the series' closing theme. Furthermore, additional voice cast members were unveiled in the latest announcement.

In 2016, Kinojou initiated the publication of the novels on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, subsequently making the move to print under the OVERLAP publishing imprint in December of the same year. Having already released fifteen volumes, the eagerly anticipated sixteenth volume is due to hit the shelves on October 25.

Additionally, an engaging manga adaptation, beautifully illustrated by Akine Itomachi, debuted its serialization journey in January 2019 through the online magazine Comic Gardo. The series, now comprised of eight compiled volumes, is gearing up for the release of its ninth compilation on October 25.

Synopsis of "Chillin’ in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers"

Annually, the Magical Kingdom of Klyrode summons heroes from diverse realms to combat the forces of the Dark and its formidable demon army. Banaza, a hero hailing from the royal capital Paluma, finds himself part of this summoning. However, a twist of fate unravels: Banaza is nothing more than a lackluster merchant. Devoid of magical prowess, combat skills, and saddled with dismal stats, he faces an additional setback as a mishap thwarts his return home. Dismissed as a hero and abandoned in a foreign realm's desolate outskirts by a callous king eager to be rid of him, Banaza's destiny appears bleak. Yet, what unfolds when this unsuccessful hero encounters cheat-level superpowers upon reaching level two?
